Amending AFSPA

This refers to the news "Very difficult to move forward on amending AFSPA". It is very unfortunate that Indian top politicians are not in fauour of dilution or amending laws like AFSPA in Jammu & Kashmir and in other conflict zones within Indian territory. Though they claim that they have considered all recommendations of Verma commission, but they have made it clear that no further restraints on AFSPA. Government should understand that letting their forces free won't solve any problem. Accountability is a must.
