Guru’s hanging a murder: NF

Srinagar, Feb 13: Terming the hanging of Afzal Guru a ‘murder’, the National Front on Wednesday said all the mainstream politicians are equally responsible for it. “The mainstream parties and leaders who are issuing statements against the hanging of Afzal Guru are playing vote bank politics. The fact is that these parties are deeply involved in the murder of Afzal Guru,” a spokesman of Front said in a statement on Wednesday.
“National Front demands that the mortal remains of Afzal Guru be returned to his family. India has already jailed the mortal remains of late Maqbool Bhat which has not weakened the ongoing move¬ment and now it has jailed the remains of Afzal Guru in the same way which has added insults to the injuries of the Kashmiris,” he added.
