Army takes taxi drivers on picnic
Srinagar, Feb 6: Army on Wednesday said that it took a group of 28 taxi drivers and youth of Budgam and Pulwama district on a tour to Ibadat-e-Shahadat Musuem, Nishat Gardens, Pari Mahal, Hazartbal and Dal Lake.
“This part of the year when the inflow of tourists to Valley is comparatively low, was a good opportunity for them to become one and go on a picnic. The tour was conducted by 53 Rashtriya Rifles Battalion part of HQ 12 Sector RR/ Victor Force,” an Army spokesman said.
