This refers to 'Pragash' a musical band of Kashmiri girl kids. It's tragic a mere fatwa makes them quit. If it is unIslamic then why don't we provide fatwa to the Kashmiri female singers whom we are listening from decades. For ages we have been listening to traditional music.
