RTA for trader-friendly budget
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Feb 6: The Regal Traders Association (RTA) today urged Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather to make the upcoming budget trader-friendly. In a statement here today, the association said the traders have paid the taxes to the government and interest to the banks even during the period of unrest in Kashmir. “While the industrialists and tourism players have been provided all types of tax benefits, the traders have not,” they said.
“We are not against tax relaxations to any sector, but we appeal to the FM to also keep into considerations of the traders during the preparation of the budget.”
