Jan's demise condoled

Srinagar, Jan 11: The demise of President Municipal Employees Union, Abdul Qayoom Jan, who passed away due to cardiac attack at Delhi Airport on Thursdaym has been widely condoled.
Among those who condoled Jan’s demise included Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, Minister of State for Tourism Nasir Aslam Wani, Srinagar Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr GN Qasba, Vice-Chairman SDA Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, Joint Commissioner SMC Fayaz Ahmad Balla, Ex-Mayor Salman Sagar, Ex-Deputy Mayor Sajjad Ahmad Chachoo and Secretary SMC Hilal Ahmad Deewani.
Besides CRO Aijaz Ahmad, Executive Engineer Mechanical Itrat Naseem, Stores Officer Khurshid Ahmad Mir, CSO Manzoor Ahmad Tarray, PRO Abdul Rashid Zargar, Media Officer SMC Masrat Yousuf, Informatics Officer Farooq Ahmad Bhat and Data Supervisor Qazi Manzoor respectively also condoled the demise.
Meanwhile, the Employees’ Joint Action Committee (Q) senior vice-chairman and School Education Non-Teaching Employees’ Forum president Nusrat Ahmad Beigh,SENTEF leaders Mian Imtiyaz Hussain and Dilshad Ahmam besides president Non-Gazetted Employees Union of the Information Department, Kashmir Division Showkat Ahmad Khan,president Government Press Association, Srinagar, Syed Muzamil Rizvi also condoled the demise and prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereved family.
