Shyam Koul remembered Mansbal
Dramatics hold condolence meet
Srinagar, Jan 12: Mansbal Dramatics, in collaboration with Culture and Science Foundation, today organized a condolence meeting at Mansbal in Ganderbal district of north Kashmir in memory of noted journalist, writer and social activist of subcontinent late Shyam Koul.
The meeting was presided over by the Deputy Director General Radio, Bashir Arif while Shahbaz Tabkari was dais in-charge.
Noted broadcaster and playwright Nisar Naseem hosted the function.
Galaxy of prominent writers from across the Valley and office-bearers of Harmukh Adbee Markaz, Ganderbal, participated in the meeting.
The speakers on the occasion threw light on the different facets of late Shyam’s life and paid him glowing tributes.
Those who spoke on the occasion included Bashir Ahmad Parray, Noor Muhamamd Wani, Rashid Gamgeen, Dr Nashtar, Peer Shams-ud-Din, Nisar Naseem, Shahbaz Tabkari and Bashir Arif.
