Nayeem Khan urges UN to abolish LoC

Srinagar, Jan 13: Commenting on the present tension between India and Pakistan over the cross LoC firing incidents, National Front Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan has appealed the United Nations to realize its responsibilities and abolish the “LoC once for all”.
He said the LoC is not only taking a large human toll but also divides Kashmiri brethren since decades together and has been creating trouble between the two nuclear powers.
“As long as the LoC is there, no peace between India and Pakistan is possible, so it is high time to abolish this line so that the whole region is saved and the people living here feel secured,” Khan said in a statement.
