Shooting stone kills man in Bandipora

Srinagar, Jan 15: A man died when a shooting stone hit him in a stone quarry in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday.
A police spokesman said, Muhammad Ashraf Bhat, 36, son of Abdul Aziz of Malpora SK Bala died when he was hit by a shooting stone in a stone quarry at Malpora, S K Bala at Sumbal.
The body was handed over to his relatives for last rites after completing all legal formalities.
A case has been registered in this regard.
