NC WC of Kargil tenders resignation
Srinagar, Jan 18: In the first fall-out of the recent cabinet-reshuffle cum expansion, National Conference Friday received a jolt as its working committee of district Kargil tendered mass resignation to the party high command.
In a statement, the NC working committee President Ghulam Hassan Khan along with other members tendered their resignation.
“NC working committee in Kargil is upset against ignoring the people of Kargil including NC workers particular for demoting Qamar Ali Akhon from CAPD ministry. Akhoon is an honest, sincere and senior most party member of NC and droping him has hurt entire Kargil,” the statement said.
