Pandit return

This refers to Pandit return to Kashmir. All want to go back. But there are different roadmaps for different organizations. Some claim for separate homeland in the north east of river Jhelum. Others are satisfied in townships or clusters. Some even believe in rehabilitation in their own houses. On the other side there are also different claims. Some demand autonomy, some self rule, some complete independence and others are well with India. Under this mess I wonder what can be the possible roadmap for Kashmiri Pandits so that they return to their own homeland.
