Private practice
Apropos articles and press notes published in GK about ban on private practice of Head of the departments of teaching hospitals and tertiary care hospitals of the state. This is a great move from government to save thousands of precious lives. If head of the team is not around, the subordinates cannot make a decision as this is the trend set by seniors. The heads of the departments have created an atmosphere of phobia in their respective departments. When they are made accountable, things will change for better.
