Chahrum of Mir’s sister-in-law on Monday
Srinagar, Jan 5: The Chahrum of Aisha, wife of Ghulam Mohiuddin Mir - younger brother of Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Hassan Mir- would be observed on January 7 (Monday).
Aisha passed away on Thursday evening after a brief spell of illness. She was laid to rest at her ancestral graveyard at Hariwatno, Tangmarg on Friday.
Family sources said that Chahrum of the deceased would be observed at the official residence of the Agriculture Minister Ghulam Hassan Mir at Church Lane, Sonwar, Srinagar.
Meanwhile, hundreds of people from different walks of life visited the official residence of the Agriculture Minister on Saturday to express solidarity with the bereaved family and condole the sad demise.
