Unscheduled power-cuts irk Bagh-e-Mehtab inhabitants
Srinagar,Jan 6: People of Bagh-e-Mehtab area on city outskirts are up in arms against the Power Development Department (PDD) for resorting to unscheduled power cuts in the area.
