Zubin Mehta is all set to perform in Kashmir. Government of Jammu and Kashmir is allowing concerts and other related activities to attract tourists, which is itself a good job. Meanwhile the locals of Jammu and Kashmir are deprived of their basic rights. State Government will endure the threats against the concert patiently by arranging security in an intelligent manner, but unfortunately all other activities are banned including the religious processions. That is discrimination.
