Islamic banking and finance summit was held here which was attended by key Islamic banking scholars.
According to a statement, Dr Mehboob Makhdoomi, the patron and founder-Chairman of IBK addressed the audience online.
Dr Iqbal Malik, the chief coordinator hosted the event in which speakers included Mufti Ashfaq who briefed the participants about the concept of Fiqh ul Maumlaat, Yasir Wani.
Tanveer ibn Ashraf presented Shariah-complaint model for Kashmir Trade, Dr Nissar Yatoo cleared the difference between Islamic and conventional banking and Dr Nasir presented the importance of working towards a common goal.
Besides Dr Fayaz Ahmad Lone and Mufti Arshid also delivered their speech to the audience.
