New Delhi, June 19: Rodic Consultants, a leading engineering and digital infrastructure consulting firm, has won the prestigious FICCI Smart Urban Innovation Award for its Smart Healthcare project in Bihar – BHAVYA.
A statement issued here said that as the Managed Service Provider for the project, Rodic developed and implemented an integrated Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) across 13,000 state government health facilities in Bihar’s 38 districts. The HIMS platform includes over 20 modules like patient registration, OPD/IPD management, and pharmacy.
“We are proud to be recognized for this public healthcare digitalization project under the one state-one system scheme. This award reflects our commitment to leveraging technology for better healthcare services,” said Raj Kumar, Chairman and MD, Rodic Consultants.
The HIMS is integrated with existing standalone applications, creating a unified “BHAVYA” platform used across Bihar. A state-of-the-art command center monitors health indicators and facility functioning, enabling proactive decision-making.
With over 1,600 professionals, Rodic has provided consultancy services across domains like highways, railways, hydropower, and renewable energy for 23 years.
