4 injured in Ramban accident

Ramban, Jan 4: Four persons were injured after a vehicle in which they were travelling skidded off the road and fell into an additional two-lane road alignment at the Dalwass area of Ramban on Srinagar -Jammu National Highway late Thursday evening.

Police sources said a passenger vehicle (Scorpio) bearing registration number HR14 Q- 0845 was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu . It skidded off the road from the upper tube into a lower tube at Dalwas on NH-44, resulting in four passengers sustaining injuries.

   

They said all the four injured were rushed to Batote and Ramban hospitals.

A police official said Surav Gupta and Vikram were shifted to District Hospital Ramban. and Gaurav Khatri Ritik Sharma were shifted to CHC Batote. They are residents of Jhajjar, Haryana. Further details are awaited.
