Srinagar, Mar 8: The atmosphere at Kashmir University was charged with enthusiasm as participants from various backgrounds gathering to commemorate achievements of women on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

The Chief Justice, of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, N Kotiswar Singh, delivered a keynote address, underscoring the significance of recognising women’s contributions across all facets of society.
