Jammu, Aug 26: The Congress has released its first list of candidates for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. The list was issued after NC and Congress finalised their seat-sharing agreement on Monday.
As per a statement of the Congress, Surinder Singh Channi has been fielded as party candidate from 33- Tral assembly constituency, Amanullah Mantoo from 40-Devsar, Ghulam Ahmed Mir from 41-Dooru, Peerzada Muhammad Syed from 44-Anantnag, Sheikh Zaffarullah from 48-Inderwal, Nadeem Sharief from 51-Bhaderwah, Sheikh Reyaz from 52-Doda, Pardeep Kumar Bhagat from 53-Doda West, and Viqar Rasool Wani from 55-Banihal.
