Amarnath Yatra-2024 | 57 JKAS officers deputed to SASB for deployment as camp directors

Jammu, June 1: J&K government has deputed 57 Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers, including 36 Junior-scale JKAS officers, to Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB), on short term basis, for being deployed as camp directors and additional camp directors at various camps enroute Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2024.

These JKAS officers included Vikas Gupta, Special Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction; Gurvinderjeet Singh, Registrar, district Udhampur; Pawan Kumar, Special Secretary, Labour and Employment Department; Rakesh Kumar, Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal; Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, Special Secretary, Finance Department; Sachin Dev Singh, Additional Secretary, Tourism Department; Gurmukh Singh, Joint Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Jammu; Krishan Lal, Joint Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation; Harbans Lal, Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department; Sachin Jamwal, Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board; Jagdish Singh Additional Secretary, Power Development Department; Anil Kumar Chandail, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Jammu (North), hqr at Udhampur; Vishwajeet, Additional Secretary, Culture Department; Surinder Paul Sharma, Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Special), Jammu;

The Controlling Officers have been asked to relieve these officers enabling them to report to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, on a date to be conveyed by the Board separately.

“The exact deployment of the officers shall be made by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board and these officers shall continue to draw their salaries from their respective places of postings during the period of deputation to Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board and shall revert to their respective places of posting, immediately after the conclusion of the Yatra-2024,” the order read.
