Terror ecosystem dismantled to sustain peace in J&K: LG Sinha

Srinagar, Aug 06: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said that the whole of his government has played a part in bringing a transformation in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Sinha said that there is an efficient, effective, and an accountable administration in place, working for the people, read an official handout from the government.

   

Sinha said while addressing the officers of army, navy, and airforce who are pursuing Higher Command Course at the Army War College, Mhow. These officers and their faculty members are on a visit to the northern front, the handout said.

Sinha said that the security situation has improved in J&K and that has helped the UT to move towards “peace, stability, and prosperity.”

He said that his administration has been successful in dismantling the “terror ecosystem while taking measures to sustain peace and stability.”

This, he said will ensure the growth of all the sections of the society.

The lieutenant Governor said that his administration’s various initiatives and projects have boosted the region’s economy, followed by more job creation and enhanced infrastructure.
