GMC Baramulla organises medical camp for hearing impaired

Baramulla, Jan 24: The Department of ENT, Government Medical College Baramulla, in collaboration with DEIC GMC Baramulla and Voluntary Medicare Society Bemina Srinagar,  organised a free hearing aid cum screening camp at the Auditorium Hall, Government Medical college Baramulla on Wednesday.

The aim of the camp was to address the needs of individuals with hearing impairment, contributing to the broader goal of eradicating hearing impairment among the affected  in the Baramulla district.

   

During the camp, 40 hearing impaired patients were provided with free hearing aids, marking an important  step towards enhancing the quality of life for those affected.

The collaborative efforts of organising such events is aimed at addressing healthcare needs of the affected persons so that they can live their life without any difficulty.

This initiative aligns with the shared vision of creating a more inclusive and accessible healthcare environment, ensuring that individuals with hearing challenges receive the necessary support and resources.
