‘Tiranga’ rallies held across Kishtwar district

Organised under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav, the rallies saw enthusiastic participation from students, community members, and locals, with the tricolor held high, embodying the spirit of freedom and national pride, an official press release said.

   

In one of the district’s most notable events, a Tiranga Rally was successfully conducted at Naigad area of tehsil Nagseni.

The rally, which concluded with overwhelming participation, was marked by the active involvement of over 1200 students of GHSS Nagseni and others including the administrative officials, staff, teachers, and locals.

Under the supervision of Tehsildar Nagseni, Rafie Naik, the rally highlighted the collective dedication towards the nation. The event was further supported by Rishab Jasrotia, Incharge Police Post Padayarna, and Dr. Riaz Ul Haq, Principal of HSS Nagseni, who played pivotal roles in organizing and ensuring the smooth conduct of the rally.

Participants marched with the national flag in hand, chanting slogans of unity and freedom, reflecting the indomitable spirit of the Indian nation.

In another significant event, a Tiranga Rally was organized at Chatroo, where about 1000 participants, including students and locals, showcased their love for the nation by marching from GHSS Chatroo to the Dugga area, passing through the main market Chatroo.

Supervised by Tehsildar Chatroo, Shuja Hamid, the rally was a testament to the communal harmony and collective spirit of the region. The event saw participation from prominent personalities irrespective of caste, colour, creed and religion including the Principal of HSS Chatroo and Assistant Professors of GDC Chatroo, who joined the students and locals in this patriotic endeavor.

Earlier, at Tehsil Mughal Maidan, a grand Tiranga Rally was organized at the tehsil headquarters under the leadership of Tehsildar Mughal Maidan, Parvez Ahmed Batt. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 1,100 individuals, including students, local residents, and officials. Participants proudly marched with the tricolor, displaying their unwavering patriotism and unity.

The rally was a vibrant celebration of national pride, with the tricolor flag soaring high, symbolizing the collective commitment to uphold the values of freedom and honor the sacrifices of the nation’s heroes.

In keeping with the patriotic spirit, the district administration Kishtwar spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav urges all responsible citizens of Kishtwar to join the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Residents are encouraged to hoist the national flag at their homes and take selfies with the Tiranga, uploading them to the official website (harghartiranga.com).
