Srinagar, June 12: A CRPF jawan who was injured in Kathua encounter on Tuesday evening has succumbed to his injuries, officials said today.
A top official told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll that a terrorist attack took place at village Sohal in which one Constable Kabir Dass 121 BN CRPF received injuries who was shifted to the SDH Hiranagar for treatment.
He said that during treatment the said CRPF Constable succumbed.
Earlier a terrorist was killed in the encounter while the operation is going on.
