Srinagar, July 29: A rusted mortar shell was found and subsequently defused in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Monday.
They said the moral shell was noticed lying in a grass field at Draba village in Surankote area.
The villagers who spotted the rusted shell, instantly informed a nearby army camp who swung into action and defused the shell without causing any damage, officials added.
