Two Army jawans injured in accidental blast in J&K’s Bhaderwah

Bhadarwah July 03 : Two soldiers were seriously injured in an accidental grenade blast inside a camp in J&K’s Bhadarwah today.

According to reports, the sepoys were handling a grenade that exploded in their hand inside the battalion headquarters of 4 Rashtriya Rifles at Sarna, 4 km from Bhadarwah town around 5.30 am.

   

The troopers were airlifted to Military Hospital Udhampur.

The injured jawnas of 4 Rashtriya Rifles have been identified as, Sepoy Anil Kumar and Satvir Singh of Coy A of the battalion.

However, Army officers remain tight lipped and didn’t came up with any official confirmation.
