Srinagar, Apr 4: PDP President Mehbooba Mufti has called for strict action against the perpetrators involved in Udhampur incident.
In a statement she has condemned the incident. According to the statement on Wednesday night, a group of hooligans targeted Bakerwal families, leaving several individuals, including girls, seriously injured.
Expressing her distress over the attack, Mehbooba urged the Jammu and Kashmir Police to take immediate and stringent action against the perpetrators.
She condemned the actions of those attempting to disrupt peace and harmony in the region, labeling their behaviour as “absolutely shameful and unacceptable.”
