Srinagar, July 18: A encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in the Keran area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday.
A top police officer told Srinagar based agency Kashmir Scroll that an encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in the Keran area of Kupwara district.
He said that the encounter started after security forces including 6RR and Kupwara Police received input of infiltration in the Keran area.
