Srinagar, Nov 17: A delegation of J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan on Friday.
An official spokesman in a statement issued here said that the LG lauded the cadets and officials for promoting the values of self-discipline, service, and patriotism among youth and contributing to national development.
The delegation also submitted a memorandum to the LG on the promotion of Scouts and Guides activities in universities and enhancing the admission quota of Scouts and Guides.
