Srinagar, July 18: A terrorist has been killed after an infiltration bid was foiled by Army in Keran area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday.
Quoting sources, the news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that an exchange of fire took place between security forces and terrorists in Keran area of Kupwara district, in which one terrorist was killed so far.
It said the exchange of fire started after security forces including 6RR and Kupwara Police received inputs of infiltration in the Kera area following which operation was launched.
