NMUB to organise several events in J&K

Srinagar, June 1: National Mission for Unity and Brotherhood (NMUB) will organise various programs in Jammu and Kashmir from next month to bring different sections of society on one platform.

This was decided in a meeting by IICC in New Delhi. On the occasion, participants stressed the strengthening of relations between the Kashmiri Pandits and the local Muslims.

   

The meeting was addressed by Zaigham Murtaza, Kamal Chowdhury, and S. Narayana. On the occasion, Mission Convener and NCP leader Rakesh Sapru said that soon Milsar programs will be organised in all the cities of Jammu and Kashmir including Jammu, Srinagar, Pahalgam and Anantnag.

Sapru said besides Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims, all the people living in the country and abroad will be invited to participate in these programs.

NCP member Sushma Bhat proposed medical camps should be organised during the upcoming Amarnath Yatra. Supporting the proposal, Sapru said Amarnath Yatra is a better medium to reach out to people.
