Srinagar, Sep 05: Former Planning Minister and ex-MLA Bandipora Usman Majid today appealed the people to vote wisely in assembly polls.
According to a press release, he was addressing a series of meetings with workers and supporters in various areas of the Bandipora Constituency, including Dardpora, Konan, Arin, Nussoo, and Papachan. During these gatherings, Majid highlighted his transformative work over the years and reaffirmed his commitment to the region’s development.
Speaking at the meetings, Majid said that, “My work speaks. I have transformed Bandipora to the next level. It was after my first election victory that Bandipora began to see the transformation it so desperately needed,” he said.
He emphasised on the progress made under his leadership, both as MLA and Planning Minister. “Under my leadership, Bandipora has witnessed unprecedented infrastructure development and economic growth. Roads, schools, healthcare facilities, and other vital projects have been initiated and completed, laying a foundation for a brighter future,” Majid said.
