6 more officials deputed as Khadim-ul-Hujjaj

Jammu, May 29: J&K government has deputed its six more officials to the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for rendering assistance as Khadim-uI-Hujjaj for Haj-2024.

These officials included Haziq Ali, Lab Assistant of School Education Department (SED); Afshana Yasmeen, Sajab Rashid, Mushtaq Ahmad, Lubna Khan, all teachers from School Education Department and Haroon Rashid, Girdawar from Revenue department.

   

“Consequent upon their selection by the Haj Committee of Jammu and Kashmir, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary deputation of these officers or officials of Jammu and Kashmir government to the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for rendering assistance as Khadim-UI-Hujaj for Haj-2024,” read an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD).

Administrative Secretaries and Heads of the Departments have been asked to relieve these officials immediately, enabling them to report to the office of the Executive Officer, J&K Haj Committee, Haj House Bemina, Srinagar, subject to the fulfilment of requisite formalities as prescribed for foreign deputation.
