J-K Assembly Elections: BJP announces candidates for 29 seats

Srinagar, Aug 27: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday announced its candidates for 29-seats across Jammu and Kashmir for the upcoming general elections to Legislative Assembly.

As per the official list by the party, Ashok Bhat would fight from the Habba Kadal seat, Mohammad Akram Chaudhary will fight from the Gulabgarh seat.

   

Kuldeep Raj Dubey will contest from Reasi, while Baldev Raj Sharma will do it from Shri Mata Vaisho Devi.

It said that Thakur Randhir Singh will contest from Kalakote-Rajouri, Chowdhary Zulfikar Ali from Budhal. Mohd. Iqbal malik from Thannamandi, Syed Mushtaq Ahmad Bukhari from Surankote.

Chowdhary Abdul Gani from Poonch Haveli, Murtaza Khan from Mendhar.

Pawan Gupta will fight from Udhampur West, balwant Singh Mankotia from Chenani.

Sunil Bhardwaj from Ramnagar, Jeevan Lal from Bani.

It said Satish Sharma would fight from Bilawar, while Darshan Singh will fight from Basohli.

Rajiv Jasrotia will fight from Jasrota. From Hiranagar, it nominated Adv Vijay Kumar Sharma.

From Ramgarh, Dr. Devinder Kumar Maniyal, from Samba Surjit Singh Slathia.

Chandra Prakash Ganga from Vijaypur, Gharu Ram Bhagat from Suchetgarh.

Dr. Narinder Singh Raina from R. S  Pura -Jammu south. And from Jammu East, it nominated Yudhvir Sethi.

From Nagrota it nominated Devinder Singh Rana, while from Jammu West, it nominated, Arvind Gupta.

From Jammu north, Sham Lal Sharma, from Akhnoor, Mohan lal Bhagat.

From Chhamb, it said it is nominating Rajeev Sharma.
