Leopard injures man in north Kashmir’s Bandipora

Srinagar, Sep 5: A man was injured in a leopard attack in the Nesbal area of Sumbal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora, on Thursday, reports said.

Quoting officials, news agency NVI reported that the man was identified as Abdul Salam Reshi, son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-din.

   

Reshi was immediately rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) Sumbal for treatment.

Further details on Reshi’s condition are awaited, officials said.

The locals have asked the wildlife department to capture the man-eater leopard.
