Srinagar, Jan 8: Democratic Progressive Azad Party ( DPAP) General secretary Kashmir Er Nazir Yatoo today said that there is a need to change the discourse on drug addiction.
In a statement he said that government should develop mental healthcare infrastructure in Kashmir. “Drug addiction needs to be addressed through a scientific enquiry support by a robust mental health care infrastructure,”Yatoo said.
