In a statement , he said the incident, resulting in the death of Roshan Din Lone, son of Gulam Hassan Lone from Dardahi, has sparked outrage and led to a strong demonstration calling for stern action against the Hospital management for refusing the Ambulance to a patient who suffered a cardiac arrest at Mahoo village. The protesting relatives said that his life could have saved had he been provided timely ambulance to reach hospital.
