Poonch: The Army and Police Monday took out area domination patrols in different parts of Poonch district to strengthen the security grid ahead of Republic Day.
These area domination patrols were taken out in the Poonch and Mendhar areas of Poonch district by both the Army and Police.
“Strengthening the security grid ahead of Republic Day is a routine practice to ensure peaceful conduct of all Republic Day events,” an official said.
