The district administration Shopian in collaboration with Forest Division organized a plantation drive at ITI here on Wednesday.
The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Choudhary Mohammad Yasin, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent, ITI and DFO, Forest Division Shopian, along with the staff participated in the drive.
As many as 50 saplings of deodar were planted today and more than 50 lakh will be planted during the year.
