Ramgarhia Educational Council conducted its 15th Joint Annual Athletic Meet-2018 in which students from Ramgarhia Institute of Engineering & technology, Ramgarhia Institute of Health Sciences & Research and Ramgarhia Institute of Management & Advance Studies participated at Akal Stadium.
Director REI, Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt was chief guest on the occasion and declared the meet open.
The director said that sports is not just for fun, it helps to build one’s self esteem and self confidence in order to become most accomplished participate for the sake of sports events only, but to play on regular basis.
Parmveer Singh of B Tech Mechanical bagged five gold medals and one silver medal. Lakhwinder Kaur, student of Information & technology bagged four medals and one bronze medal.
Principal, RIET Dr. Naveen Dhillon and Principal , RIHSR Mandeep Kaur thanked the Ramgarhia Educational Council to provide the privilege to host such a prestigious event on a very great level and provided his eminent guidance for the smooth administration of the event.
