J&K Government has asked all the registered persons with turnover of Rs 1.5 crore to furnish the details of outward supply of goods and services in GSTR-1 form.
“In exercise of powers conferred by 148 of Jammu and KashmirGoods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act number V of 2017), the state government,on the recommendations of the council, has notified the registered personshaving aggregate turnover of up to Rs 1.5 crore in the preceding financial yearor the current financial year, as the class of registered persons,” read agovernment order.
The state government order has asked registered persons withRs 1.5 croreturnover to furnish the details of outward supply of goods orservices or both in Form GSTR-1 under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and ServicesTax Rules, 2017.
For April-June 2019 quarter, the registered persons havebeen asked to furnish details in Form GSTR-1 by July 31, 2019.
“The time limit for furnishing the details or return, as thecase may be, under sub-section (2) of section 38 and sub-section (1) of section39 of the said act, for the months of July, 2017 to June, 2019 shall besubsequently notified,” an order issued by government said.
