Selling BPL Ration | ACB produces chargesheet against 39 persons

ACB unearths another custodian land scam of hundreds of kanals in J&K

Srinagar: Anti-Corruption Bureau Thursday produced chargesheet against 39 persons for selling ration for the people under Below Poverty Line (BPL), Antodya Anna Yojna (AAY), and Annapurna Schemes (APS) in the open market.

A statement of ACB issued here said that the chargesheet was produced before Special Judge Anti-Corruption Jammu against the 39 accused persons including Ashok Kumar Pandita, the then Assistant Director Mills Jammu and other public servants.
