Jammu, Nov 11: One person was killed while three others were injured in a head-on collision, involving two cars and a motorcycle in Samba district on Saturday.
Police said that the accident occurred when two cars had a head-on collision and then collided with a motorcycle coming from the rear side at Devak bridge on Jammu Pathankot National Highway.
“Four persons sustained injuries in the accident and they were immediately rushed to Government Emergency Hospital Vijaypur. The doctors there declared one of the injured dead. The condition of the rest was stable,” police added.
The deceased was identified as motorcyclist Rocky Verma, a resident of Samba. Police registered a case in this connection.
