Election Commissioner of India Rajiv Kumar said that the poll body is enthusiastic to commence poll process activities for J&K assembly soon. He praised people of Jammu and Kashmir participation in Lok Sabha elections. He held that ECI is fully prepared to deal with post-poll violence, and added the deployment of paramilitary forces will remain in place despite ending Model Code of Conduct.
