Searches underway as plane carrying Malawi Vice President disappears from radar

New Delhi, June 10: An urgent search is in progress after a plane carrying 10 passengers, including the Vice President of Malawi, Saulos Chilima, disappeared from radar. The President’s Office confirmed the aircraft’s disappearance on Monday, raising concerns across the nation.

The Malawi defence Force plane, which departed from Lilongwe earlier today, “went off the radar,” prompting immediate search and rescue efforts. Authorities are working tirelessly to locate the missing aircraft and ensure the safety of all on board.
