Handwara, Apr 25: Peoples Conference (PC) President Sajad Gani Lone today alleged that senior National Conference (NC) leadership despite being involved in various scams is untouched.
He alleged that this is due to the courtesy by BJP. According to a local news agency, KNS, Lone was talking to reporters on the sidelines of a party convention in Handwara.
The PC President claimed that Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah have been assigned a new task of polarisation ahead of Lok Sabha elections across the country. “Both Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah are out of the jail due to BJP. Dr Farooq is already found involved in J&K Cricket Assocation scam, while his son Omar is trapped in J&K Bank scam. Why the duo are enjoying life out of jail,” Lone said.
He said NC leadership is now given a task of polarisation to create communal atmosphere in the country. “Their statements of polarization are not only a nuisance for J&K but for the Muslims of India as well,” NC President said.
