Srinagar, Apr 24: Apni Party Vice President and the party candidate for the Rajouri-Anantnag Lok Sabha seat, Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, urged the government on Wednesday to provide adequate compensation to the family of a civilian killed by terrorists in Thanamandi, Rajouri, on Monday.
In a statement, while condemning Razaq’s killing, Manhas called on security agencies to apprehend the terrorists responsible and bring them to justice.
“I strongly condemn the killing of an innocent person by terrorists in Thanamandi. The victim, Abdul Razaq, brother of a soldier serving in the Territorial Army, tragically fell victim to a brutal attack as he came out of a mosque in his village, Kunda Top. Such acts of violence must be condemned in the strongest possible terms by everyone,” he said.
